Parts & Workmanship Warranty (Repairs):
This service is covered by a limited warranty on workmanship for [30/60/90] days. Specific manufacturer warranties apply to parts used. We are not liable for any pre-existing issues or unrelated mechanical failures discovered after service. Installation of customer-supplied parts, oil, or filters is performed at customer’s risk. No warranty applies to these parts.
Tire Service and Installation:
- Lug nuts have been torqued to manufacturer specifications. However, we recommend retorquing after 50–100 miles to ensure safety.
- Used tires are sold as-is. No warranty is expressed or implied. The customer assumes all responsibility for performance and safety.
- TPMS sensors have a limited life and may require reprogramming or replacement. The shop is not responsible for TPMS system issues unless explicitly included in the service.
- A tire protection plan will be offered at the time of purchase. If declined, the customer is solely responsible for the cost to repair or replace tires due to road hazards.
- Improper alignment can cause premature tire wear. We recommend a wheel alignment after new tire installation. Declining an alignment is at the customer’s own risk.
Oil Change Services:
- We inspect fluid levels and condition via visual checks and dipstick readings. Services recommendations are based solely on manufacturer specifications and fluid condition and/or fluid levels upon arrival.
- Only visible or accessible fluid levels were inspected and topped off. A complete fluid inspection requires additional service.
- Some leaks may not be visible at the time of service. The shop is not responsible for undetected or future leaks unless directly caused by our work.
- Fluid levels are filled to manufacturer specifications. The shop is not liable for subsequent deficiencies caused by underlying mechanical issues.
